About

I am a technology professional with experience in open-source software, consulting, research, and education. A pioneer of the Brazilian blockchain ecosystem, I have been studying, teaching, and speaking on emerging technologies since 2013.

My academic background includes a Bachelor's in Business Administration and an MBA in IT Management from FGV, specialized training at the University of Cambridge, and a Postgraduate Degree in Software Engineering at PUC-Rio. My technical work focuses on Python, Linux environments, and open-source development.

As a co-founder of Hathor Network, I helped develop a Layer-1 blockchain with a novel architecture focused on scalability and decentralization. I also co-founded Via Chaplin, a startup applying emerging technologies to entertainment financing. In research, I led projects at academic institutions such as ITS Rio and FGV and served as Head of Research at the companies QR Capital and Web Lock.

I am currently a Senior Blockchain Researcher at Instituto Ecoa, PUC-Rio's multidisciplinary research, development, and innovation hub, working on applied R&D in distributed ledger technologies and emerging digital paradigms.
